Buyer's Inspection
The purchase of a home is an exciting time. It can also be a very stressful time. Let a Superior Inspection inspector ease some of that stress by checking the condition of the home from the roof to the ground and everything in between. Superior Inspection follows the standards of practice for inspectors set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission including the foundation, grading and drainage, interior/exterior walls, ceilings and floors, attic, electrical panel and branch circuits, heating and air conditioning, appliances, and optional items such as swimming pools, spas, outbuildings and other items. For a complete list of items inspected you can go to the Texas Real Estate Commission website.

Five point inspection
The five point inspection consists of the five major items of the home which are the foundation, heating and air conditioning, electrical panel, attic, and roof. This gives our clients an alternative to the complete inspection or buyer's inspection. This is an excellent option for home seller's who can have these areas certified by a professional inspector before anyone looks at their house. It can be an excellent tool to help sell a home or an option if you are buying a home and don't necessarily want every item inspected.

Phased inspection
The phased or new construction inspection is actually a series of inspections during the construction of your new home. Let a Superior Inspection inspector act as your third party unbiased representative during the construction of your new home to ensure your home is being built in a satisfactorily manner. Many things can go wrong with construction of homes. Let Superior Inspection provide the peace of mind you need so that you can have confidence in knowing what is under that roof, below the concrete, and behind the brick, paint and sheetrock is constructed properly.
